Binh Thuan trip report - Future resorts and high-speed rail stations

Binh Thuan is a province in the South Central Coast Region of Vietnam. I’ve been there a few times already as it’s a convenient beach break destination from Saigon.
Last week I visited the capital of Phan Thiet to do a construction report and to check out the site of a proposed high-speed rail station. This week I have published two articles from that trip.
