Supalai ICON Sathorn is a 56-storey mixed-use tower featuring residential, office space, and retail. The project is on the site of the former Australian embassy, which has since moved to Wireless Road.
O-NES
Address: 108 Sukhumvit Road (next to Nana Station), Bangkok.
O-NES Tower is a 29-storey, 160-metre office tower by Thai Obayashi. The building will have direct access to Nana Station on the Sukhumvit line.

Naga 3 is the extension of the NagaWorld casino in Phnom Penh. The three hotel towers are designed by the Chicago-based architecture firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). This is on the site of the former "White Building" in Tonle Bassac commune.
