Supalai ICON Sathorn

Address: South Sathorn Rd, Bangkok.

Supalai ICON Sathorn is a 56-storey mixed-use tower featuring residential, office space, and retail. The project is on the site of the former Australian embassy, which has since moved to Wireless Road.

O-NES

Address: 108 Sukhumvit Road (next to Nana Station), Bangkok.

O-NES Tower is a 29-storey, 160-metre office tower by Thai Obayashi. The building will have direct access to Nana Station on the Sukhumvit line.

991 Sukhumvit

991 Sukhumvit is a planned 60-storey 244-metre luxury apartment tower next to Thonglor BTS station at 991 Sukhumvit Rd.

Future Kuala Lumpur

MGN Tower is a proposed 485 metre/85 floor tower that will include the MGN Bank headquarters, offices, and a hotel.

Naga 3

Address: NagaWorld Casino, Phnom Penh.

Naga 3 is the extension of the NagaWorld casino in Phnom Penh. The three hotel towers are designed by the Chicago-based architecture firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). This is on the site of the former "White Building" in Tonle Bassac commune.

Picasso City Garden

Address: BKK1, Phnom Penh.

Picasso City Garden is a 27 floor apartment tower in the BKK1 area of Phnom Penh.
