This week’s feature article is about a proposed new railway line in Malaysia. This proposal has barely been mentioned in the local media, so I have started a fact sheet to get a better idea of it.

The new railway (if built) will run along the west coast of peninsula Malaysia in Selangor state. There is already a railway called the West Coast Line, but this would be a proper West Coast railway if it is extended north and south.
